As Lead Author of P3O® Best Management Practice, Eileen is a recognised expert in the implementation and development of PMOs. She is an active member of PMI, APM and PMO Flashmob, supporting the development of the PMO profession. She is a frequent conference speaker on a wide range of related subjects, and contributes to variety of committees and panels. Eileen is an experienced PMO and PPM Consultant and Trainer and a P3M3® Assessor. She works with individuals and organisations, often at Executive level, to improve their delivery capability. She works across a wide range of industry sectors including transport, finance, pharmaceuticals, defence, utilities and the public sector.
James Graham specialises in strategy formulation and strategic execution, including the development of portfolios to deliver strategic initiatives and has experience of working in over 35 countries across Africa, The Americas, Asia, Europe and the Middle East (over 10 years’ experience of working in the GCC). James has worked on a number of high-profile projects and programs and set up Project Management Offices (PMOs), PMO reviews, audits for international companies, business transformation and often involving business process re-engineering and the management of organizational change.
James has extensive experience of auditing organizational capability in sectors as diverse as construction (staff contracting), conglomerates, bathroom equipment manufacture and the transportation sector. Although primarily a practitioner, James has also been published, as a contributor to “97 Things Every Project Manager Should Know” (O’Reilly) and he also wrote the chapter “Planning for Change” in ABG Publications’ “Electronic Business” publication. He is currently working as co-author on the AIPMO pocket book ‘Corporate Governance, Portfolio, Program and Project Principles’, due for release in Quarter 4 of 2018.
James designs and gives a variety of management, strategy, project, PMO, change management and other courses both public and in-house. He latest designed course is for business case development incorporated within AIPMO’s Strategic Framework for PMOs, projects, programs and portfolios and called the 9c framework for nine cases. James holds a Master of Science in Consulting, is IPMO-E certified and has been PMP® certiﬁed since 2003.
Mr. Perry is the founder of BOT International, a boutique PMO Content Asset firm started in 1999. Prior to BOT International, Mr. Perry had a 17 year career with IBM including positions in the IBM AS/400 Division as Telecommunications Industry Manager based in New York, Asia Pacific Channels Manager based in Tokyo, and the General Manager for Southeast and South Asia based in Singapore. Following IBM, Mr. Perry was the Managing Director of Singapore based Saville Systems Asia Pacific and later the Vice President of Entrust Greater China. Mr. Perry is the author of the Business Driven PMO book series, published by J. Ross Publishing, which includes Business Driven PMO Setup; Practical Insights, Techniques, and Case Examples for Ensuring Success (2009), Business Driven PPM; Conquering the Top 10 Risks That Threaten Success (2011), and Business Driven PMO Success Stories; Across Industries and Around the World (2013).
